I was very lucky at christmas...Santa brought me many gifts one of which was a Jamie Oliver Pasta machine. I have been so busy during the first few months of the year it has sat on the worktop unused since, well at least until Sunday.

Finally managed to find the time to 'play' on Sunday whilst the other half spent some time tidying the garden ready for the season. First attempt went well...pasta dough is easy enough to make but hard work kneading. It flew through the machine like a dream producing linguinie and tagliatelli. The pasta clumped together a little during cooking but that was probably due to leaving in little piles before cooking. Used the rest of the pasta dough today for the most delicious lasagna.
