Hello there

sorry its been a bit quiet here but its been really busy for a couple of weeks...not necessarily work just general busy-ness. Christmas is coming of course so I'm busy with making gifts and then there's empire building, meetings, property viewing, desk top publishing...mmm apart from the christmas stuff it is all work really!

Teaching 4 nights a week and the prep work needed for that is demanding much of my time but hey got to pay the bills some how.

The sprout challenge has gone to pot! but watch this space more small green veg ideas will be coming before christmas.

 

Had a photo shoot last week with Paula at Nicole Photography, needed a photo for marketing material and such and paula worked wonders with me...very arty out of focus with the star of the show being some tasty and very shiny apples and a selection of vegetables!

Today has been fun. Saw a re-purpose project on line a few weeks ago and know a very special someone who would just love one for herself so we set about looking for a suitable piece of furniture to transform. Found just what we needed at West Lancs Community Recycling in Skelmersdale. Add a trip to Ikea for a few bits and pieces, a rummage in the shed for some sand paper and paint, wave a magic creative wand(aka paint brush) and hey presto a unique and relatively inexpensive christmaas gift .

I will post the before and after pictures here just as soon as the paint is dry!
