Just read this in the guardian

http://www.guardian.co.uk/environment/2011/jul/02/british-farmers-supermarket-price-wars

makes grim reading and reinforces the negative views I have toward supermarkets. as some of you will know I source my meat from Taylors farm in Lathom, but there are other meat suppliers in our area so though I would put some links on hear to make things easier for you. It seems the main reason people continue to purchase things like meat and veg from supermarkets is convenience....so this is my attempt to point you in the direction of hard working farmers selling superior product at a fair price...no middlemen and no supermarket buyers driving the price down.

Firstly Taylors farm for meaat and much more

also local to us

organic

some crafts while you're there

and for those without transport, home deliveries from here

so no excuses....keep a farmer in profit
