Cup cake course went really well today...it's hard work all that baking! Today our learners made vanilla cup cakes, lemon meringue cup cakes, carrot cup cakes and chocolate cup cakes. Toppings included chocolate ganache, meringue, basic butter cream and rolled icing with teddy bears, paws and mini carrots. So many cakes really needed a wheel barrow to take them home! Don't worry if you missed out we will be running more cup cake classes later in the year.
