Thought I would post this piece of important news for all you cake decorators out there. We have all been amazed by the range of colurs available in the edible glitters that have hit the shelves over the last few years and have been slapping it on our cakes. The FSA have clarified it's use so check out the guidelines before you fall foul of the rules.
